A clear agreement for better conversations

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Juve’s website, organizer tools, WhatsApp experience, and event matchmaking services. Please read them before using the Service.

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Using Juve

By creating an account, joining an event, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use Juve for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not impersonate another person, create a misleading profile, or attempt to access another account or event without permission.

2. What Juve provides

Juve provides conversation-based event matchmaking, match recommendations, mutual introductions, organizer tools, and related messaging services. Juve does not sell event tickets, operate event venues, verify identities, conduct background checks, or guarantee that a match will be useful, safe, available, or successful.

Event organizers remain responsible for their events, ticketing, attendee communications, attendee data they provide, and any representations they make about the Service.

3. Introductions and conduct

You are responsible for your interactions with other participants. Be truthful, respectful, and professional. Do not use an introduction to harass, threaten, defraud, spam, discriminate against, or solicit another person inappropriately. Do not share another person’s contact details or private information without permission.

You should use your own judgment before meeting or communicating with anyone introduced through Juve. Report safety, abuse, or privacy concerns through the support contact provided in the Service.

4. Messages and consent

When you join an event or start a WhatsApp conversation, you authorize Juve to send messages needed to operate the Service, such as intake questions, match cards, introduction updates, and event follow-ups. You can opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP, although doing so may prevent you from receiving the Service.

If you are an organizer, you may only upload or connect attendee information where you have the right and appropriate permission to do so. You must not use Juve to send unsolicited marketing or unrelated messages.

5. Organizer responsibilities and fees

Organizers are responsible for their event information, attendee permissions, imported data, and the commercial terms shown in their organizer console or order agreement. Where usage-based pricing applies, fees may be calculated from the agreed billable activation or other usage measure. Juve does not process event ticket payments unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.

Organizers must promptly notify Juve of unauthorized access, inaccurate attendee data, or any issue that could affect participant safety or privacy.

6. Content and feedback

You retain rights in content you submit, but grant Juve a limited license to host, process, transmit, and use it as necessary to provide and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit that content. You may not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or confidential information that you are not authorized to share.

If you provide feedback, you allow Juve to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service may depend on third-party services, including WhatsApp, professional-profile providers, hosting providers, and event or ticketing platforms. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. Juve is not responsible for an outage, policy change, or action by a third-party service outside Juve’s reasonable control.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for participants or the Service, fail to pay an agreed fee, or where suspension is reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Juve disclaims warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or produce a particular networking outcome. Juve does not guarantee the conduct, identity, qualifications, or intentions of any participant.

To the extent permitted by law, Juve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. General terms

  • We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
  • If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • These terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Juve.
  • Any governing law, dispute process, and legal entity details applicable to your use of Juve will be stated in the applicable order, organizer agreement, or other written arrangement.

Questions about these terms should be sent through the support contact provided in the Service or by your event organizer.
